Your last will — nobody’s favorite topic :-)

An important document that is often postponed for too long: the will

Many find it difficult to speak about a will, as it often triggers feelings of parting and mortality. In reality, however, it is a document that demonstrates care and love for those who are close to us.

The will determines what happens to our possessions once we are no longer here.

  • Our home,
  • our precious mementos,
  • our beloved jewelry,
  • our savings and investments.

It ensures that our wishes are respected and that our loved ones, who are already going through a difficult time, are not burdened by conflict and uncertainty.

When I draft a will, I involve the family. Not because children should decide on the inheritance, but because they should know what is important to the testator and which decisions were made for what reasons.

It gives them guidance, comfort, and the feeling that I will continue to care for them in the future.

This has often prevented disputes after death.

Have you written your will yet?
